Can this be the 9th Circuit Court?

WorldNetDaily article, Court: 2nd Amendment trumps local gun limits, cites a recent decision by the 9th Circuit Court of appeals, which is notorious for it extreme, ultra liberal decisions.

Before you write me off as an extremist, you should check out the second video on the page of this article, 'GIVE' creating youth brigades?

The nature of Obama worship ranks very closely to that which Hitler was granted during the 1930's.  Hitler didn't start as a dictator, Germany didn't start as a socialist country.  He and others used the events of the day to create what history calls Nazi Germany.

Why are we so reluctant to learn from history?

Unfortunately, I am slow in responding to this.  The bill has already pass the congress and Mr. Obama has signed it.

TEA Parties and the FBI

This article addresses something that I was concerned about regarding the TEA parties and the current administration,  Were FBI agents at 'TEA parties'?

While I am sure that there is no record of Mr. Obama giving such a directive, I am also sure that infrastructure he has put into place would not hesitate to implement this.

The following statement from the article is very disturbing:

Northeast Intelligence Network director Doug Hagmann says his FBI source alleges that a second directive, issued on or about April 6, instructed each special agent in charge to coordinate and conduct covert video surveillance and data collection of the participants of the TEA parties. Most of those gatherings occurred on April 15 -- "Tax Day."

I am also concerned that there will an incident at one or more of these events, planned again for July 4th, which might give the current administration some reason to implement martial law.  Studying the history of Germany could provide some powerful insights.

Only time will tell.

Obama Pushing Treaty To Ban Reloading

This is the title of one of the alarming documents that threaten our rights as American citizens.

Friends and Fellow Patriots,

Again our freedoms are under assault.  Please read this article on the treaty and prayerfully take action.  Our government is doing almost everything possible to make law abiding citizens criminals and answerable to foreign governments.  When will enough be enough.

The purpose of the second amendment was not for hunting and fishing.

It was to protect the more important first amendment, Freedom of Speech and Religion/Faith of the people (individuals) from the government.  Consider the events of history and why these amendments were added.  If we do not learn from history, we will be condemned to repeat it.

Please prayerfully consider the information below and take action (such as contacting your congressmen) as you are prompted.
